| Notes |
Worldcat lists Madeleine de Scudéry as the author even though the title says the work is by Mr. de Scudéry. Nathaniel Lee wrote "Lucius Junius Brutus, father of his country a tragedy" in 1681 (with a later edition in 1796), which was partly based off Clelie. |
